Dear God:
As I awaken to a new sun, fresh light, your Eucharist, and food at the kitchen table, nudge me to know you are with me every walking and waking moment and step this day.
There is nothing that we cannot do together this bright day or rainy day.
Help me stay with you each minute, and hour, one step at a time.
Wake me up to be alert to the voice and being of every created thing. May I pay attention to You, to others, to the birds, bees, butterflies and other livng bugs.
Amen.
